Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 

Responsible to ensure the following as per companys policy informed from time to time
1. Each area achieves sales and collection targets
2. Total implementation of companys promotional strategies informed from time to time and
3. Organizational image in the market is built up

The following outlined Key Accountabilities are indicative and not exhaustive.
Joint Field Work:
Field work for at least 23 working days in a month minimum 3 continuous days with each ASE
Must call on 10 potential doctors, 6 chemists and all stockists of the town in each field working day
Joint Field Work to add value to each call made and to develop ASE
Check and Verify ASE Hi Doctor on every visit and put remarks
Area Incharge:
MSL Validation appropriateness of doctor selection and product selection
Ensuring ASEs coverage frequency and periodicity of DVL Doctors are correct
Creation and Development of ASMs Core Doctors
Handling effectively tough & important doctor calls
Resolving all field operational problems
Vacant territory management
Analyse SSS and plan liquidation of slow/non moving products and reduce expiry
Develop, update and review regularly ASE knowledge, communication and selling skills
Analyzing field activities of ASEs and taking timely corrective action
Enhancing ASEs Job related Skills, Knowledge and work discipline

Team Leader:
Practicing interpersonal skills to keep the team spirit & sense of belonging
Influencing ASEs to achieve Sales and Collection Targets
The immediate Management person available to field force
Communicating Organizational policies, Marketing Strategies and convincing implementation
Providing reliable and timely feed-back to Management on implementation, current market scenario and practical field problems
