Owning the End To End payroll process of approximately 1500 employees across India through SAP R/3
Oversee end to end processing of company payroll & undertake validation of the inputs file, ensure accuracy of Reconciliation statements, statutory & other deduction reports
Working on various Indian/Foreign payroll processes like Hiring, Processing Salary, Separation, Confirmation, Full and Final settlements, CTC restructuring, Handling queries related to compensation/benefits, Incentives, Mediclaim, Pay-slip, Investment details, HRA, Additional payments & Recoveries, Retention & Statutory bonus, Salary Start/Stop, Bank details updation.
Verification and updation of investment declarations as well as actual investment proofs at year end
Generating & checking statutory reports like ESI, PF, P. Tax and Income Tax.
Taking care of Consultant Agreement renewal & payment process.
Owning End to End Increment activity on yearly basis.
Ensure updation of Statutory Compliance portal on monthly basis
Leave Encashment, Bonus payment & other yearly activities. Employee Database management
End to end process knowledge of EDM, OM and Indian Payroll. Taking care of EDM, OM which includes the Indian Payroll.
Owning updation of data for new joinees and attrites.
Updating & checking of leave & attendance record
Updation of personal & OM database in SAP SAP Development
HR Master User & SPOC for all SAP HR development related activities.
Coordination & follow-up with SAP team for implementation/configuration of new requirement.
Responsible for Testing in quality & development server for all change requests.
Responsible for smooth integration of HR cum Payroll process in SAP.
Solving process related errors i.e Posting error, Payroll error etc.
Handling SAP related queries. HR Analytics and dashboard
Responsible for various reports which are generated through SAP required by management & accounts as and when required.
Generation of various reports and data from time to time.
Monthly New Joinee, Monthly Separation, Division & Department wise Reports, Employee Master Report, Reimbursement Report, CTC Report, Food plus, Time, PF, PTax, wage-type, Income tax report, Salary register, Salary Disbursement report Bank wise etc .
Sending Monthly Report for New Joinee, Separation and Transfer IN & OUT to PF Consultant
Preparation & responsible for timely submission of statutory reports
Generating & checking statutory reports like ESI, PF, P. Tax,LWF and Income Tax.
Location-wise Report, Absenteeism Report, Overtime Report, HireResignee Report, Budget Report, HH MIS Report, Actual Vs Target Budget Report
Other reports on daily/ weekly/ monthly as and when required by mgmt.
